These terms apply to the use of the MODE website, products, memberships and services.

By purchasing from MODE or subscribing to MODE Club, you agree to the following terms.

MEMBERSHIP

MODE Club is a recurring monthly membership currently priced at £6.99 per month.

Membership includes:

— Access to all available digital editions while membership remains active

— Automatic entry into the monthly MODE Raffle

— 25% off print editions purchased through the MODE website

— Selected partner offers and member benefits where available

Membership pricing and benefits may change in the future. Reasonable notice will be provided where applicable.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or payment provider.

MONTHLY MODE RAFFLE

All active MODE Club members are automatically entered into the monthly MODE Raffle.

One winner will be selected each month and contacted directly using the contact details provided by the member.

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

— Hotel stays

— Festival tickets

— Dining experiences

— Spa days

— Gym memberships

— Product giveaways

— Partner rewards and experiences

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives unless otherwise stated.

Prize availability may vary from month to month.

MODE reserves the right to amend, pause or cancel the raffle, memberships, rewards, offers or benefits where necessary.

MODE is not responsible for cancellations, delays or changes relating to third-party events, venues, businesses or partner experiences.

DIGITAL EDITIONS

Digital editions are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed or shared without permission.

Access to digital editions included within MODE Club remains active only while membership remains active.

PRINT EDITIONS

Print editions are sold separately unless otherwise stated.

MODE Club members receive 25% off eligible print editions while their membership remains active.

PRODUCTS & CONTENT

All content, branding, imagery, editorial content and designs featured on the MODE website and publications remain the intellectual property of MODE unless otherwise stated.

Products, pricing, membership benefits and availability may change without notice.

LIABILITY

MODE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, memberships, raffle entries or third-party partner experiences.
