This Shipping Policy explains how MODE Media dispatches and delivers orders placed through www.modeliverpool.co.uk.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. During magazine launches, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted postal and courier services.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are intended as a guide only. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

International Delivery
MODE Liverpool ships to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local postal services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, industrial action or courier disruptions.
MODE Media is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mode-magazine.co.uk with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damage.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.
MODE Media cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
