At MODE Media, we want you to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from www.modeliverpool.co.uk.

Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@mode-magazine.co.uk. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or exchange in accordance with your statutory rights.

If you wish to return a physical product for any other reason, it must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, digital magazines and downloadable products are non-refundable once they have been delivered, accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer law or where the product is faulty.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


03.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
